For over 15 years, our team has been devoted to providing age specific Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy services to the entire Morongo Basin.

Our two facilities, located in Twentynine Palms and Yucca Valley, comprise the largest private practice outpatient facilities in the Morongo Basin. Both facilities are fully equipped with state of the art equipment.
